Are the brushes compatible with both PaintTool SAI 2 and Clip Studio Paint?
Yes! We offer dedicated brush packs specifically designed for each program to ensure optimal performance. Be sure to select the version that corresponds to your software.
Can I use these brushes on an iPad or tablet?
Clip Studio Paint brushes are compatible with both desktop and iPad versions. However, PaintTool SAI 2 brushes are optimized for desktop use on Windows. Please check your software and device compatibility before purchase.
How do I download the brushes after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an instant download link via email. Simply click on the link to download the brush file, and then import it into your program. Make sure to save a backup of your files after downloading!
I haven’t received my download link. What should I do?
If your download link hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, reach out to us at support@raikairan.com or message us directly on Instagram or Twitter / X for assistance.
Can I share the brushes with friends?
Our brushes are licensed for individual use only. We kindly ask that you do not redistribute or share the files. Supporting our small business by purchasing individual licenses helps us continue creating new tools for you.
How do I import the brushes into my software?
Instructions vary slightly by program. Generally, in Clip Studio Paint, simply drag the brush files into the ‘Brush’ section or use the ‘Import’ function. In PaintTool SAI 2, you can place the brush files in the "Brushtex" or appropriate directory folder. Detailed instructions are included with each brush pack download.
Are these brushes customizable?
Absolutely! Each RaikaiRan brush is designed to allow you to adjust settings like size, opacity, and density, so you can adapt them to your unique workflow and preferences.
Do you offer tutorials on how to use these brushes?

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
As our products are digital, we typically do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with your download or files, please contact us via email or social media. We’re happy to help resolve any problems you may have.
